The main cable of the LC/APC-LC/APC 3.0mm pre-terminated patch cord uses a single 3.0mm mini cable, which is manufactured and pre-fitted with connectors in JFOPT factory. Typically, a 24-core mini cable consists of two sets of 12-colored tight-buffered fibers, aramid yarn, and a single protective sheath. One set of fibers is distinguished from the other set by dotting. The single-mode bundle patch cords produced by JFOPT default to using bend-insensitive fiber G657A1 to ensure stability in small space deployments. The branches are manufactured using gel-filled technology, significantly improving their lifespan and tensile strength. Customers can choose different branch core counts, lengths, main cable materials, colors, and customize pre-terminated ends of various models such as FC/SC/ST/E2000 to meet the interconnection needs between different devices.
